Your enquiry and privacy

What we collect and why

Recruitment Super collects your name, email address, phone number, postcode, area of interest, life stage, preferred timing and any notes you choose to provide. We use these details to review your enquiry, contact you and discuss a possible introduction to a financial adviser.

Before an adviser introduction

Submitting an enquiry gives us permission to contact you about it. We will ask for further permission before passing your personal details to an adviser. Submitting the form does not engage an adviser or commit you to paid advice.

How we handle your information

Enquiries are held in our website database and can be accessed through our protected enquiry inbox. An email notification may be sent to our team when a new enquiry is received; the notification does not contain your contact details or notes. Hosting and email providers may process information as part of providing these services.

The form records the page from which you enquired and a hashed network address for abuse prevention. A session cookie protects the form and any inbox login. Embedded YouTube videos and images loaded from other websites may also send information to those providers when you view an article.

Your choices

Please avoid submitting account numbers, financial documents or sensitive health information. You can ask us to correct or remove your enquiry, withdraw permission to contact you, or raise a privacy concern.
